Tiramisu
Here goes the recipe:
1. Whisk egg yolks (5) and sugar (1/4 cup). Add rum (1/4 cup), espresso(1/4 cup), mascorpone cheese (16 oz). Whisk again.
2. Mix little sugar, rum and espresso in a bowl. ( Total 1 cup volume. Alter according to taste)
3. Dip one side of lady fingers in the sugar+rum+espresso.
4. Lay the dipped lady fingers adjacent to one another in a bowl forming a layer.( bottom layer)
5. Spread the cheese mixture ( from step 1) on the lady fingers. Shave some chocolate and/or cocoa on the layer.
6. Repeat step 4 and 5 . ( Now we have a total of 4 layers)
7. Cover with cling wrap.
8. Refrigerate overnight.
9. Sprinkle come confectioner's sugar before serving.
